The Mothercare Urbanite is a pretty decent looking, stylish and durable lightweight buggy.
On the plus side (and moving to practicalies, rather than looks), the Urbanite is ready pretty much straight out of the box. It has well padded pushing handlebars, easy compact umbrella-fold, full coverage hood with extending UV visor (far better than most lightweight buggies) and a nicely padded seat with 4-position recline. Despite being a lightweight buggy, the Urbanite doesn’t rattle when you walk it (a common gripe with many strollers) and rolls across pavements like a more substantial buggy.
A big thumbs up from the Cheapest Pushchairs crew. WIth the Mothercare Urbanite, Motrhercare have not invented the wheel. But this pushchair does exactly what it says on the tin; and looks good too.
